Dynamic Warm Up - remember to do this before every session

  • take the first 10-15 minutes of every class to warm up your students in a fun, interactive and meaningful way
  • this warm up will help prevent future injury and provide consistent practice with balance, strength, stamina and agility

  • Videos to teach the foundation skill
  • A couple links to games to support the skill taught
  • A ‘Did You Know fact about Food Literacy that promotes Inquiry and Discussion

This month we will be sending you all things RUNNING.  Things to focus on are : proper arms, body position, legs and foot work.
